CONSORTIUM SOFI to help its members win projects in Sochi

For the Winter Olympics to be held in Sochi in South Russia in 2014 nearly all the facilities needed for the Olympic sports venues, sportsmen and -women and spectators will be built from scratch. Through Consortium SOFI the Finnish companies that are members will have the chance to participate in construction projects in Sochi.   

SOFI is joint venture dedicated to promoting the expertise of Finnish companies in Sochi. Leading experts in Russian trade at its offices in Helsinki, Moscow and Sochi are exploring the possibilities for the member companies. SOFI’s operations include handling all the project-related traffic with the Russian partners – from negotiations to financing – leaving the member companies free to concentrate on their core competence in the Sochi projects.
